In Case of an Emergency:

During our regular business hours, please contact our hospital.

If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, we recommend that you contact Michigan Veterinary Specialists.  Just like an emergency hospital for people, they are fully staffed during night-time, holiday and weekend hours and are equipped to give your pet the very best urgent care during those times.
At Safe Harbor, we feel very strongly that your pet's needs are best met after our regular business hours with the local Emergency Hospital.  This allows Dr. Smith to be well-rested and able to provide you and your pet with her undivided attention during the daytime hours.
